About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Data Management Executive to join our team at a reputed sweet manufacturing company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock data, creating and managing product codes, and ensuring timely updates in the system to support efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a complete list of stock items, segregating them by category and product type.
Create and manage unique product codes for each item.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive master database of all products.
Regularly update stock and product data in the system on a daily basis.
Generate and share periodic inventory and stock movement reports.
Coordinate with production and sales teams for inventory updates and product data accuracy.
Support in data validation, reconciliation, and report analysis as required.
Identify discrepancies in stock and ensure timely corrections.
1-2 years of experience in inventory management, data entry, or a similar role (experience in FMCG or manufacturing preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic computer applications.
Attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Attributes:

Basic understanding of stock/inventory management systems or ERP tools.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new software or process requirements.

A proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy and operational discipline.
