Sales & Profitability:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Managing store budgets and financial records.
Monitoring sales performance and generating reports.
Inventory & Operations:
Managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to ensure sufficient stock.
Ensuring the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient functioning.
Customer Service:
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
Establishing high customer service standards for the team.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.
Undertaking administrative tasks and preparing reports on trends and performance.
Developing and arranging promotional materials and in-store displays.
