Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales cum Inventory Staff member to manage walk-in customers, support sales activities, and maintain accurate stock records. The role involves customer assistance, product explanation, stock management, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable products Explain product features and support billing Record stock-in/stock-out and verify new stock Organize and display products in the showroom Monitor stock levels and support regular stock audits Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain relationships Support delivery coordination and showroom upkeep Prepare daily reports on sales and inventory

requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce/Business (preferred) 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or inventory Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of inventory handling Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
