Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth stock movement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking inventory, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of stock without overstocking Update inventory management systems with accurate data on receipts, dispatches, and stock levels Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate with purchase and sales departments regarding incoming and outgoing stock Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials Track slow-moving, obsolete, and expired stock and take appropriate action Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other inventory control methods Assist in stock-taking during monthly or quarterly audits

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho Inventory) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills
