Job Summary

:

We are looking for a

Inventory Executive

to manage and monitor our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, maintain up-to-date inventory records, and assist in supporting the full supply chain process. This role involves close coordination with procurement, warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounts teams, along with handling government compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

:

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Implement and manage efficient inventory tracking systems and software tools. Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and accounts departments to streamline inventory operations. Collaborate with MNRE paperwork and backend staff for documentation support. Handle vendor purchases and maintain accurate purchase records. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any inventory discrepancies. Generate purchase orders based on proforma invoices from vendors. Create and manage E-way bills and delivery challans. Verify delivery notes submitted by site supervisors. Record and track serial numbers of all delivered panels, inverters, and meters. Prepare project quotations and assist in pricing. Oversee overall warehouse responsibilities and ensure effective warehouse management. Maintain proper filing and documentation of purchase bills and stock transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse management. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools (SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory, etc.). Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments. Good communication and organizational abilities.
