Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage and oversee stock controlacross our properties in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible formaintaining in/out stock details, monitoring usage patterns, ensuring optimal stock levels, andchecking product expiry dates. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smoothoperations and minimizing wastage.
Key Responsibilities
? Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of stock inflows and outflows, ensuringtimely updates in the inventory management system.
? Usage Control: Track and analyze average product usage to optimize inventory levelsand prevent shortages or overstocking.
? Expiry Monitoring: Regularly check product expiration dates and implement FIFO(First-In-First-Out) methods to reduce wastage.
? Procurement Coordination: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timelyreplenishment of inventory while negotiating cost-effective purchases.
? Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of inventory to maintain qualitystandards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
? Reporting & Documentation: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports formanagement review. Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, andstock records.
? Loss Prevention: Identify discrepancies in stock and take corrective actions to preventtheft, damage, or mismanagement.
? Collaboration: Coordinate with the food & beverage team, housekeeping, and otherdepartments to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications & Skills
? Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control,Hospitality, or a related field.
? Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in thehospitality or co-living industry.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
? Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills to monitor stock levels and preventdiscrepancies.
? Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-pacedenvironment.
? Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating withsuppliers and internal teams.
? Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve inventory-related issues proactively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
