We are looking for a detail-oriented

Inventory Executive

to manage day-to-day stock operations for

Fruits and Vegetables

in a fast-paced

Q-Commerce Dark Store

environment. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring product freshness, and coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage daily stock levels for Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) across storage zones. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system inventory. Track inbound and outbound movement of goods. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) process is followed for perishable items. Maintain records of wastage, shrinkage, and expired stock. Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams for stock replenishment. Update stock data in ERP/WMS systems on a daily basis. Ensure proper storage and quality standards are maintained for perishable goods. Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review. Support smooth dispatch operations and order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in

Inventory Management

, preferably in

Q-Commerce, Retail, or FMCG

(Fruits & Vegetables background preferred). Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS software and MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of perishable item handling and storage practices.

Work Schedule:

6 days a week (rotational shifts may apply)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.01 - ₹400,000.00 per year
