Manage day-to-day hospital inventory including medical, non-medical, and consumable items.
Maintain accurate stock records, inward & outward entries, and inventory registers/software.
Ensure timely availability of stock and prevent shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with departments, stores, vendors, and purchase team.
Monitor expiry dates, batch tracking, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Prepare inventory reports, stock audits, and reconciliation.
Assist in physical stock verification and internal audits.
Follow hospital inventory policies and SOPs strictly.
Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of hospital inventory processes.
Good coordination and documentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Inventory Software).
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
