Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records for all jewellery items, including gold, diamonds, gemstones, and finished products. Handle daily stock inward and outward entries in

Gati software

. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification of inventory. Ensure stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records, and report discrepancies immediately. Monitor stock movement between stores, HO, warehouse, and vendors. Coordinate with store teams for stock issues, transfers, and product availability. Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs for stock updates. Maintain proper classification and tagging of jewellery items. Assist in monthly/quarterly stock-taking and audit support. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Raise alerts for low stock, fast-moving items, and slow-moving inventory. Follow SOPs related to jewellery handling, safety, and inventory control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

Mandatory:

Working knowledge of

Gati Software

(Jewellery ERP). 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the jewellery industry. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good understanding of inventory processes and stock audits. Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Reporting). Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
