Maintain accurate stock records of gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, and finished jewellery.
Update daily inward/outward stock in ERP/POS and reconcile with physical stock.
Receive and verify goods for weight, purity, certification, and quality.
Generate and manage barcodes/tags for all items with correct details.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock audits and report discrepancies.
Ensure secure storage and strict adherence to inventory SOPs.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.
Prepare inventory reports such as stock summary, fast/slow-moving items, and ageing stock.
Update pricing on tags as per gold rate and company guidelines.
Maintain documentation and support audit and compliance requirements.
