Job Description

We are hiring an Inventory Executive for our EV Scooter Assembly Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day inventory activities, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting production with timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain real-time inventory records of materials and finished goods.

Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile with system data.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of stock.

Raise purchase requests for low-stock items.

Track inward and outward movement of inventory.

Update inventory logs using ERP/WMS systems.

Support warehouse operations in loading/unloading as needed.

Prepare and share inventory reports with the management team.

Required Candidate Profile:

1-2 years of experience in inventory/warehouse roles (EV/automobile background preferred).

Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar.

Knowledge of inventory software like ERP, WMS, or Tally.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment.

Basic Excel knowledge is a must.
