Hiring: Inventory Executive - Dark Store (Fruits & Vegetables / FMCG)

Experience:

2-3 years (Preferred in Dark Store / F&V / FMCG Inventory)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day inventory operations for Fruits & Vegetables and FMCG categories. Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and physical verification. Monitor product freshness, expiry, and wastage control. Coordinate with procurement and store teams for timely replenishment. Maintain GRN, indenting, and stock inward/outward records in the system. Optimize storage layout for faster picking and minimal damage. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and highlight variances.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in inventory management (Preferably in Q-Commerce / Dark Store / F&V). Strong knowledge of SKU management, stock audits, and FIFO/FEFO. Good communication and basic system/Excel skills. Ability to handle fast-paced operations.
