Inventory Executive Cum Dispatch

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day

inventory stock

(inward, outward & closing stock) Maintain accurate

material tracking

for raw materials, finished goods & packaging items Coordinate

dispatch operations

as per sales orders and delivery schedules Prepare and verify

dispatch documents

(invoice, challan, LR, e-way bill if required) Ensure proper

labeling, packing, and handover

of goods to courier/transport Update stock and dispatch details in

ERP / Excel / Inventory software

Monitor

minimum stock levels

and inform management for re-ordering Conduct

regular physical stock verification

and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with

purchase, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

Maintain proper

records, reports, and documentation

Ensure

FIFO/FEFO

practices and warehouse discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma (preferred) Knowledge of

inventory control & dispatch process

Strong skills in

MS Excel & basic ERP

Understanding of

material tracking & stock reconciliation

Good coordination & communication skills Ability to work under deadlines Immediate joiner preferred

Working Hours:

10:00 Am- 7:00 Pm
