We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Inventory Executive
to manage and control inventory operations for our interior manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the purchase and production teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining optimum inventory levels to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and work-in-progress inventory.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and return documentation.
Coordinate with the Purchase team for timely replenishment based on consumption and production requirements.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving stock and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all inventory items as per company standards.
Track inward/outward materials and maintain stock ledgers.
Support production planning by ensuring availability of materials as per job schedules.
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
Prepare MIS reports such as stock summary, variance reports, consumption reports, and material reconciliation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and documentation.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Odoo / Zoho or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Reports).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work under timelines.
