Job Title: Dark Store Inventory Executive - F&V & FMCG

We are looking for an experienced

Inventory Executive

for our

Dark Store operations

specializing in

Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) and FMCG categories

. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement coordination, SKU handling, and stock accuracy in a fast-paced Q-Commerce environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

Manage daily inventory for

F&V and FMCG

categories across all SKUs. Ensure accurate stock levels through

regular cycle counts

, GRN checks, and stock audits. Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and FIFO/FEFO compliance. Maintain optimal stock levels to reduce

stock-outs

and

overstocking

.

Dark Store Operations

Coordinate with sourcing, procurement, vendors, and warehouse teams for timely replenishment. Ensure all inventory is properly stored, labelled, and tracked in the system. Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations. Maintain hygiene and quality standards particularly for

perishable categories

.

System & Reporting

Update stock data in

WMS / ERP systems

accurately. Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and high-demand SKUs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Identify and rectify discrepancies between physical stock and system stock.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure that F&V products meet quality parameters before stocking. Follow safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs. Coordinate with the quality team for rejections, damaged stock, and returns.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate preferred (B.Sc / B.Com / Supply Chain or similar).

2-4 years experience

in inventory management, preferably in

Q-Commerce / F&V / FMCG / Dark Store operations

. Strong knowledge of SKU handling, demand forecasting, and stock audits. Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹350,000.99 - ₹450,000.82 per year
