We are a growing

diagnostics distribution business

based in Lucknow.
We supply diagnostic machines, reagents and consumables to

hospitals, labs and government institutions

.

We are now looking for a

reliable, detail-oriented person

to manage our

inventory

and help us

list and manage products online

.

I need a Inventory & E-Commerce Operations Executive who can manage the the inventory, ie, update and validate on a regular basis, providing me with the latest stock available every day in the morning.
Also I want to grow my business and list the products online on the e-commerce sites from where people can reach out to us, so I need my products to be listed online on major high-traffic e-commerce websites.

So At once:

1. Inventory Management

Maintain

daily stock records

(in software/Excel/register). Create

GRNs

(Goods Receipt Notes) and update batches, lot numbers and expiry dates. Conduct

monthly physical stock checks

and reconcile with the system. Track and highlight

slow-moving and near-expiry stock

. Coordinate with the delivery team for

inward and outward stock movement

.
2. E-commerce / Online Listing

Create and update

product listings

on relevant B2B / e-commerce platforms
(product name, description, specifications, images, price, stock).

Regularly update

available quantity

online to avoid overselling or stock-outs. Coordinate with the team for

packing and dispatch

of online orders. Maintain basic

reports of online enquiries, orders, and returns

.
3. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with the owner, accountant and sales team for

daily stock position

. Generate simple

reports in Excel

(stock summary, fast/slow moving items, near-expiry list). Suggest improvements to

reduce expiry and stock losses

.
