Job Details

Position:

Inventory cum Accounts Executive

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 Years

Location:

Noida (On-site)

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Manage daily inventory transactions and maintain accurate stock records in

Tally Prime

Reconcile physical stock with system records and prepare variance reports Handle

purchase orders

,

goods receipts

, and maintain

BOM (Bill of Materials)

Prepare inventory reports using advanced Excel tools Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for smooth material flow

Accounts Management:

Record purchase and sales entries in

Tally

Assist in

invoice verification, vendor reconciliation,

and

payment processing

Support

monthly closing activities

and prepare accounting reports Maintain proper documentation for

audit and compliance

Skills Required

Proficiency in

Tally Prime

,

MS Excel

, and

MS Office

Strong understanding of

inventory accounting

and

reconciliation

Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset Good communication and coordination skills Prior experience in a

manufacturing or trading setup

preferred
