Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

Inventory Controller

to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Calicut. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory management within our e-commerce electronics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supporting warehouse and supply chain functions, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, monitor, and control inventory levels for electronic products to ensure accuracy and availability Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification, audits, and reconciliation Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods in alignment with supply chain and logistics requirements Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and dispatch of inventory Support e-commerce order fulfillment operations by ensuring timely stock availability Prepare, analyze, and maintain detailed inventory reports using MS Excel, including stock movement, variance, and aging reports Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions Assist in demand planning, stock replenishment, and inventory optimization to reduce stock-outs and overstocking Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, internal policies, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory and warehouse operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of relevant experience in inventory control or inventory management

At least 1 year of experience controlling inventory using an ERP system is preferred

Mandatory experience or strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP for inventory management and implementation

Experience in inventory implementation, configuration, and process accuracy within Odoo ERP is highly preferred

Experience handling electronic items is preferred Prior experience in e-commerce inventory operations is an added advantage Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory (data entry, formulas, reporting) Proven ability to manage and support warehouse operations High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Immediate joiners preferred Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
