? A Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and ERP/WMS systems.
? Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
? Good understanding of audit processes and compliance. ? Ability to coordinate across sales, finance, and warehouse functions.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
? Quick learner and problem-solving skills.
Job Purpose
To ensure effective monitoring, control, and accuracy of inventory through robust processes, regular audits, and system management. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, supporting sales posting activities, and driving compliance with organizational standards, thereby enabling smooth operations and reliable business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
? Inventory Monitoring and Control
o Oversee day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels.
o Monitor in flow and outflow of materials to prevent discrepancies.
o Implement effective stock management practices to reduce variance and shrinkage.
? Inventory s Process Checklist Audits
o Conduct regular inventory audits as per defined checklist.
o Ensure adherence to inventory management SOPs and compliance requirements.
o Identify gaps and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
? Sales Posting Management
o Oversee timely and accurate posting of sales transactions in the system.
o Coordinate with sales and finance teams for alignment on postings and reconciliations.
o Ensure zero errors in system entries impacting inventory balances.
? Inventory s System Accuracy
o Ensure system stock is always in sync with physical stock.
o Drive periodic cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
o Work with IT/ERP teams to resolve system-related discrepancies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
