We are the highly established Service Supply Chain business partners, aiming to improve processes efficiencies, it's performance measures and master data quality. Together we are enabling stakeholder's policy making by providing regular and on-demand business intelligence for the functions across SC and Service operations.




Responsibilities




Schedule stock count dates with stock keepers across APAC countries Upload stock count dates in Finance portal Align with compliance team Inventory Count Governance Perform critical inventory tasks in IM and WM system to ensure the correct number of items are in stock Work closely with stock keepers & supply chain coordinators to improve stock count accuracy Collect RCA for stock discrepancies and plan mitigation actions Responsible for GR booking follow-ups Create reports & Dashboards for Managements (Adjustment, Scrap, Remaining Shelf-life, Blocked stock etc) Track all inventory movements Project Inventory count accuracy data with Supply chain Managers Responsible for stakeholder management



Qualifications




3-5 Years' experience with knowledge in inventory Control stock take activities & experience Inventory Management and Warehouse management Graduation in Engineering or similar or PG in SCM Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Power Point Knowledge in SQL and Excel Macros Experience with ERP (SAP) system



Competencies




Good communication skills in English both written and oral. Good analytical skill and knowledge on inventory management basics. Flexible regarding work hours Good Team Player
