The ideal candidate must have strong computer proficiency, including Google Sheets, Excel formulas, data entry accuracy, and basic software troubleshooting.
You will ensure the right products are always available, track stock movements, coordinate with vendors, and support the operations team with timely inventory updates.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels across all categories (hair systems, adhesives, tools, accessories, consumables).
Track
inward & outward
movement of goods daily.
Conduct
weekly & monthly
physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor low-stock items and raise re-order requests on time.
Documentation & Records
Update stock in Google Sheets / Inventory Management System.
Maintain vendor records, batch numbers, and purchase entries.
Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), item dispatch sheets, and internal transfer logs.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for stock arrival and dispatch.
Work with operations team for client orders & custom system requirements.
Track courier shipments (incoming & outgoing) and maintain delivery status.
Computer & Software Responsibilities
Use
Google Sheets / Excel
for inventory tracking (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Sorting, Filtering, Data Validation).
Handle barcode/QR-based inventory processes (if applicable).
Work with WhatsApp-based vendor communication systems (via tools like Gallabox, etc.).
Support in digitizing stock records and maintaining clean dashboards.
Basic troubleshooting if files, sheets, or systems show errors.
Cross-Team Coordination
Support CRM, Salon, Production & Dispatch teams with inventory data.
Ensure all departments receive the right inventory on time.
Communicate shortages or delays instantly to management.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Strong computer skills (Google Sheets, Excel, Google Drive, Gmail).
Comfortable with data entry and managing large spreadsheets.
Basic understanding of inventory management tools/software.
