1.Tracking and Recording: Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing construction materials, tools, and equipment across all project sites.
2.Inventory Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical counts of stock to identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and system records.
3.Forecasting and Planning: Generate demand forecasts and stock reports based on project schedules and historical data to ensure optimal inventory levels.
4.Receiving and Dispatching: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and delivery of goods, ensuring they meet quality standards and match purchase orders.
5.Warehouse Organization: Manage warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval, including proper labeling and safety protocols.
6..Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
7..Vendor and Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, track orders, and monitor performance.
