We are looking for an Inventory Controller to manage and maintain accurate stock records of finished goods, raw materials, and in-process items. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with Zoho Inventory is an added advantage, as we use Zoho Inventory to manage our stock across warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movement (inward & outward).
Update and monitor stock levels in Zoho Inventory software.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure correct stock allocation.
Conduct physical stock verification twice a month and reconcile differences.
Prepare stock reports and share with management as required.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory.
Keep track of slow-moving and fast-moving items and report concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in inventory management preferred.
Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or other inventory management software is a plus.
Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
Ability to communicate clearly with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
