Implement accurate tracking mechanisms for RM, WIP, and FG in ERP.
Ensure real-time and correct entries for all inventory transactions.
Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and QC teams for seamless material flow.
Facilitate smooth material requisition and issuance through ERP.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and correct discrepancies.
Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the inventory process and propose improvements.
Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to validate ERP data.
Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
Ensure proper handling of excess materials with color-coded tracking in ERP.
Support the Accounts team in maintaining accurate FG inventory for invoicing.
