Inventory Executive - Warehouse Inventory Audit?

Role Summary

Responsible for daily inventory checking, counting and maintaining accurate stock records in the warehouse.? Match physical stock with system records (Excel / ERP / inventory software) and report any differences.?
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counting (cycle count and full inventory audit).? Check all inward, outward, sales return, damage and adjustment entries related to stock.? Reconcile physical stock vs system stock and prepare variance reports.? Identify missing, excess or misplaced stock and share findings with management.? Support proper rack/bin management, SKU-wise stacking and labelling in warehouse.? Prepare and update basic reports in Excel or inventory software on a regular basis.?
Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum education: 12th pass (Higher Secondary). Experience: Minimum 2+ years in inventory / warehouse / store / stock audit role.? Skills: Basic Excel knowledge (filters, basic formulas; advanced Excel will be an advantage).? Good with numbers and attention to detail.? Basic email and reporting skills.?
Salary & Working Hours

Salary: ?14,000 per month in-hand. (Other benefits as per company policy, if applicable.)? Working Hours: Approx. 8 hours per day (overtime exact timing). Weekly Off: 1 day (as per company policy).
