1. Stock Audits (Fresh Materials, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Rejected Materials):
- Conduct regular stock audits for fresh, raw, packaging, and rejected materials to ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Identify discrepancies and work with the relevant teams(factory & CFA) to address any inventory inconsistencies.
2. Classification Audits (B & C Classification Materials):
- Audit B & C classification materials (non-moving or slower-moving items) and ensure correct categorization.
- Suggest corrective actions for underutilized stock and optimize classification systems.
3. Promotional, Stationery, and Marketing Material Audits:
- Regularly audit promotional items, stationery, and marketing materials to ensure they are properly accounted for in inventory records.
- Monitor usage and prevent overstocking or wastage of non-essential items.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all stock audits are compliant with internal and external standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of audit findings, including audit reports and corrective measures implemented.
5. Coordination with Departments:
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to streamline the auditing process.
- Implement best practices to reduce inventory errors and improve stock handling procedures.
6. Discrepancy Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during audits, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to rectify issues promptly.
