Pure Aura is looking for a

detail-oriented Inventory & Accounts Executive

who can manage

end-to-end inventory operations

along with

day-to-day accounting activities

. If you have hands-on experience with

Zoho Inventory

and a strong understanding of accounting processes, this role is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory operations using

Zoho Inventory

Track inward & outward stock and conduct stock reconciliations Handle invoicing, AP/AR, expense entries & vendor payments Support GST compliance, reporting & documentation Prepare MIS reports and reconcile inventory with accounts Coordinate with vendors, logistics & internal teams

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in

Inventory + Accounts

roles

Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory (mandatory)

Strong accounting knowledge & reconciliation skills Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
