JOB DESCRIPTION
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Professional background, experience, skills & abilities:
Graduates / Post Graduates of all disciplines but business, fashion, finance and retail-related subjects
Minimum of 5 years 'experience as a hands-on Operations Manager in the Fashion/Luxury sector
Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of handling Inventory in physical and on ERP (Preferably ZOHO)
Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills
Proven track record in providing the highest level of support to MD/CEO/ board members
Outstanding time management and ability to constantly re-arrange and prioritizing tasks effectively whilst meeting strict deadlines
Experience in managing project for a luxury brand
Experienced in negotiating best business deals
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Flexible and enjoys hands-on administrative tasks in supporting a team in ad hoc situations
Expertise in supply chain and in-house production processes for an SME in fashion is required
LOGISTICS AND INVENTORY MANAGER
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent is responsible for the warehouse operations. To provide leadership to a team to ensure safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods, order processing, supply chain efficiency and also risk management. He shall act as a Business partner with various department to plan logistics operations and /or to improvise the process work flow. She/He will oversee the risk assessment of the local office and warehouse, ensuring operations is in compliance with the safety regulations.
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
Overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming items
Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products
Monitoring space and tracking stock levels
Setting aside storage areas for new stock
Planning rotas
Meeting productivity targets
Maintaining computerised admin (often in spreadsheet form)
Maintaining automated storage and retrieval systems
Recruiting, disciplining and training staff
Ensuring security arrangements are in place
Scheduling equipment maintenance and replacing when required
Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely (especially chemicals and food, that could be pretty dangerous)
ELIGIBILITY:
Diploma / Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain related with min 5 years of relevant experience preferably within Fashion/ Luxury industry
Experience in custom clearances, shipping documents.
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, as well as to manage and motivate others
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
Well organised, good time-management ability
The ability to plan and deal with unexpected changes.
Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Proficient in standard logistics software
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

25 - 35K / PM Plus Incentives
The monthly package and benefits will be discussed in person and based on the previous experience and matching the criteria
