We are looking for a responsible and well-organised
Inventory & Dispatch Executive
to manage day-to-day godown operations. The role requires hands-on management of inventory, dispatch coordination, and accurate monthly stock reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Maintain
proper inward and outward stock records
Track inventory
batch-wise and product-wise
Ensure accurate
monthly stock reporting
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation
Order & Dispatch Management
Place
sales orders based on packing list
Prepare and maintain
delivery notes, LR copies, and dispatch documents
Coordinate daily dispatch activities
Communicate with
transport vendors
for vehicle arrangement and follow-ups
Godown Operations
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials - Mfg date and Batch wise.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the godown
Coordinate with head office (Surat - Gujarat) for stock updates and dispatch confirmations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
1-3 years experience in
inventory, godown, or warehouse operations
Basic knowledge of
Excel
for stock reporting
Ability to maintain records accurately and systematically
Good communication skills for coordination with transporters
Honest, reliable, and disciplined
Can Speak Hindi Fluently
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in manufacturing / chemical / FMCG godown
Knowledge of basic documentation (Delivery Note, LR, Packing List)
Familiarity with Tally or ERP systems
Working Hours:
Full-time | Day shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
