For more information, click here .Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Lead:

• Implement ABC and XYZ analysis to categorize inventory and optimize stock levels based on value and demand.
• Develop and maintain inventory planning models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify trends or issues in inventory movement and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish and manage safety stock levels to mitigate stockouts while minimizing holding costs.
• Analyse inventory data to identify trends, identifying mitigation plans for SLOB inventory.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and sales teams to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.

Deployment Lead:

• Lead and manage the stock deployment team, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities.
• Manage the efficient flow of goods through the distribution centers.
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient deployment of stock from production plants to warehouses.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to synchronize stock movement and ensure alignment with demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and manage lead times.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to stock deployment, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively

What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in planning and operations.
• Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs.
• Experience with logistics and warehousing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in SAP, TMS, WMS etc.
• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methods and tools
