Role Purpose


To ensure real-time visibility, accuracy, and optimization of inventory across Green Jeeva and Jeeva Organic warehouses in the USA, Canada, and India. The role supports cash flow management, service levels, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) through data analytics and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Maintain ?99% inventory accuracy through ERP-physical stock reconciliation. Analyze stock aging, reorder levels, and recommend liquidation/redistribution to optimize working capital. Manage and track VMI stocks, blanket POs, and ensure ?85% on-time release. Prepare and publish accurate, timely inventory dashboards using Zyler ERP & Power BI. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and certificate traceability. Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, QA/QC, and Finance for demand alignment and stock efficiency. Drive automation and process improvements in Zyler ERP (?2 projects annually).
