Job Description

:
Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and execute OS and application patch deployment for Windows and/or Linux environments. Manage patching activities through enterprise tools (SCCM, WSUS, Ivanti, Tanium, BigFix, or similar). Perform pre- and post-patch testing to validate successful updates and minimize system impact. Ensure systems remain compliant with security and regulatory standards by remediating vulnerabilities. Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to prioritize and resolve patch-related findings. Troubleshoot patch deployment failures, log analysis, and provide root cause resolutions. Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and audit teams. Support automation initiatives to improve patching efficiency and reduce downtime. Participate in change management processes and maintain detailed documentation of patching activities. Provide on-call support during critical patch deployments or emergency security updates.
