Homeroom Teachers (HRT) Associate Teachers
Grades: Nursery to Grade 2
Female candidates only

HOMEROOM TEACHER (HRT) - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage classroom activities for Nursery to Grade 2 Deliver lessons aligned with CBSE/Cambridge curriculum Maintain assessments, portfolios, and documentation Create a safe, child-centered learning environment Coordinate with Associate Teachers, Subject Teachers, and academic teams Conduct PTMs, assemblies, class events, and celebrations Ensure discipline, emotional wellbeing, and smooth class routines Participate in school events, training, and workshops
Qualifications:

Montessori / NTT / D.Ted / TTC / Graduation with B.Ed Experience in Early Years or Primary preferred Strong communication and class management skills
ASSOCIATE TEACHER - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the HRT in classroom teaching Support students with reading, writing, and activities Help prepare worksheets, displays, and teaching aids Manage outdoor supervision, transitions, and routines Provide individual support to children Substitute for HRT when required
Qualifications:

Montessori / NTT / D.Ted / TTC / Graduation with B.Ed Freshers with training may apply Warm, patient, child-friendly, and good communication skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Female candidates only Candidates within a 10 km radius preferred Others may apply if willing to relocate Timely completion of lesson plans, assessments, and assigned tasks Participation in academic and non-academic initiatives
