Interview Trainer

to join our Calicut branch and help students develop the confidence and skills required to succeed in visa interviews, university interviews, and other selection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Train students on visa interview preparation, university interviews, and related processes. Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback for improvement. Develop and deliver training modules focused on communication, presentation, and confidence-building. Guide students on body language, etiquette, and professional grooming. Stay updated with the latest trends and requirements in visa and admission interviews. Coordinate with counselors and the academic team to ensure students are well-prepared.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Communication, English, Education, or related field. Prior experience as a trainer, preferably in interview/soft skills/IELTS/communication training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities. Ability to motivate and instill confidence in students.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
