Job Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India Contract Details: Full-time : We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Air Hostess/Cabin Crew. As an Air Hostess/Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their flight. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome passengers on board the aircraft 2. Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety instructions to passengers 3. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the aircraft 4. Serve meals and beverages to passengers according to their preferences 5. Handle any in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary 6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cabin 7. Attend to passengers' requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner 8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures 9. Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight for passengers 10. Handle cash and credit card transactions for in-flight sales Requirements: 1. Minimum age of 18 years old 2. Minimum height of 5'2" (157 cm) for females and 5'7" (170 cm) for males 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills 4. Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus 5. Customer service experience is preferred 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 7. Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends and holidays 8. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally 9. Physically fit and able to pass a medical examination 10.
