Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Intershop based e commerce solutions ensuring high performance and scalability Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Intershop applications Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all development activities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field Proven experience of 9 years in Intershop development Strong understanding of e commerce platforms and technologies Preferred Qualifications Experience with Mainframe Technology and integration with Intershop solutions Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage stakeholder expectations Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
