Career Counselor Intern
to support our career guidance initiatives.
Role Overview:
As a Career Counselor Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in advising individuals on career choices, Navigating different Technical courses, Interview preparation strategies, and personal development. You'll assist our rospects in creating impactful career choices and facilitating workshops that help students move forward in their career path.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in one-on-one career counseling sessions under supervision
Support students from UG/PG ,understnading different courses and Institutions.
Helping students to identify their strenghts, interest and different career choices
Handling inbound/outbound inquiries from parents and students through calls/chats
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in BBA, MBA, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field
Excellent English communication skills is mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Familiarity with Word , excel , powerpoints
Familiarity with career development tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., LinkedIn,
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
Experience in peer mentoring, tutoring, or leadership roles is a plus
