The role for a Specialist in IT Service Delivery is to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services to meet the organization's needs, focusing on service quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction to enhance the overall IT service experience.

Education :

Master's or bachelor's degree in BCA, BE / B. Tech, Any Graduate.

Experience :

1-2 years of IT Support or relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Regular activities include network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies. Excellent problem solving, logical thinking skills to isolate and identify potential issues in a complex environment. MIS and Data analytics. AD Management. Ticket Management. Team Handling.

Mandatory Skills :

Excellent time management, multitasking skills and strong problem-solving skills.
