We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a tech trainer and developer. This role is pivotal in both training on the latest technologies and methodologies and contributing directly to our Defense tech development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a good technical background, good communication skills, and a passion for both training and tech development.

Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various technical topics including programming languages, frameworks, tools, and best practices. Customize training content to meet the needs of different audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.

Tech Development:

Contribute to tech development projects by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining high-quality tech solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and deliver scalable and efficient tech solutions that meet business needs. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative problem-solving to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field . Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Solid understanding of Programming language : C++ / python Will be Good if you have basic Knowledge of electronics , Arduino , Raspberry pi Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
