Make outbound calls to Channel Partners (CPs) to introduce real estate projects and establish engagement.
Set up meetings between CPs and the company's sales team.
Share project details, brochures, and relevant marketing materials with CPs via email or WhatsApp.
Maintain and update CP databases, call logs, and meeting schedules in CRM or Excel sheets.
Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and meeting updates.
Ensure timely follow-up with CPs to strengthen relationships and increase participation in ongoing projects.
Assist in preparing daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
