Internship- Talent Acquisition, MBA Fresher, Trivandrum

We are providing on the job internship for MBA freshers looking for experience in Talent Acquisition

Job Role:
? Post job vacancies on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
? Actively source profiles from job portals and databases based on client requirements.
? Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills,and suitability.
? Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
? Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
? Support client recruitment needs by understanding job requirements and ensuring quality candidate submissions.

Internship Period: 3 months

Incentives will there for the hired talents

Internship completion certificate will be providing on successful completion of the internship

Location: Trivandrum, Kazhakootam

Working Hours: 6 days a week.09:00 am to 05:30pm
