Internship- Talent Acquisition, MBA Fresher, Trivandrum

We are providing on the job internship for MBA freshers looking for experience in Talent Acquisition

Job Role:

Post job vacancies on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.

Actively source profiles from job portals and databases based on client requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills,and suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Support client recruitment needs by understanding job requirements and ensuring quality candidate submissions.

Internship Period: 3 months

Incentives will there for the hired talents

Internship completion certificate will be providing on successful completion of the internship

Location: Trivandrum, Kazhakootam

Working Hours: 6 days a week.09:00 am to 05:30pm
