We're looking for a
Social Media & Ads Management Intern
to join our marketing team -- someone who's creative, tech-savvy, and eager to learn how modern digital systems and automation work behind the scenes.
Role Overview
As a Social Media & Ads Management Intern, you'll play an active role in managing our social media pages, running ad campaigns, and supporting digital operations. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative team to plan, schedule, and analyse content, manage campaigns, and gain hands-on experience in automation and digital tools used in modern marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content with effective CTAs to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
Research and join relevant Facebook groups and online communities to promote brand awareness and engagement
Create and manage
social media ad campaigns
-- including audience research, targeting, scheduling, and performance tracking
Collaborate with the design and content teams to align visuals and messaging with campaigns, product launches, and announcements
Monitor comments, messages, and interactions; maintain a consistent and professional tone across all platforms
Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports on social media growth, engagement, and ad campaigns
Explore new content formats, automation tools, and growth strategies across platforms
Assist with
digital operations
-- including data management, process automation, and integration of marketing tools
Support the team with
work management tasks
, database updates, and execution of digital workflows

What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, and digital tools (preferred)
Basic understanding of analytics and an interest in automation or digital operations
Proactive, organised, and creative mindset with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced environment
