Internship Opportunities Available

1. HVAC Engineering Intern

Opportunities:

Assist in site supervision, installation, and commissioning activities. Support senior engineers in heat load calculations and equipment selection. Learn critical room HVAC operations & precision AC systems. Participate in BMS (Building Management System) integration support. Maintain site reports, safety checklists, and documentation.

2. Sales & Marketing Intern

Opportunities:

Participate in client follow-ups, meetings, and project discussions. Assist in preparing BOQs, cost sheets, proposals, and tender submissions. Learn the end-to-end tender filling process & documentation. Support marketing activities, lead generation, and CRM updating. Understand the HVAC product portfolio and client requirement mapping.

3. Design Department Intern

Opportunities:

Draft HVAC layouts, ducting plans, and piping designs. Support load calculations, equipment selection, and design reports. Work on AutoCAD and learn design documentation practices. Coordinate with project teams for design clarifications and revisions.

4. Gap Analyst Intern

Opportunities:

Identify gaps between approved designs and on-site execution. Conduct a comparative analysis of design vs actual implementation. Prepare gap reports and coordinate with both design & project teams. Ensure technical clarity to avoid delays or rework on site. Assist in improving process efficiency through structured documentation.

5. Finance & Compliance Intern

Opportunities:

Learn and support PF, ESI, and labor compliance activities. Assist in vendor payments, invoice processing, and financial records. Support internal audits and documentation. Understand statutory compliance requirements for contractors and staff.

6. Procurement Intern

Opportunities:

Assist in vendor sourcing, vendor evaluation, and negotiation support. Learn sub-contractor selection for HVAC project works. Prepare purchase orders, material requirement sheets, and comparison sheets. Follow up with vendors for material delivery and documentation. Coordinate with stores and project teams for procurement planning.

Candidate Requirements

Pursuing or completed Diploma / B.Tech / B.Com / MBA / relevant degree. Passion for the HVAC industry and willingness to work on-site when required. Basic computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD depending on the role). Good communication and learning attitude.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
