Role: Internship, People & Culture

About the Role

Porter is seeking an energetic and passionate final-year student of Human Resource Management, who wants to build a career with the People & Culture function through hands-on experience through an Internship in the People & Culture department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting with the Recruitment & Selection process Assisting with the HR Operations. Assisting with the Employee Engagement Programs.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite Soft Skills: Good Communication (written & verbal), Teamwork, Can-do attitude, highly performance driven.

Educational Qualification:

BBA with all courses completed, major in Human Resources Management from a reputed institution

Work Location:

Dhaka, Bangladesh

Working Days:

weekly 5 days.

Internship Duration:

3 to 6 months

Compensation:

As per company Policy
