As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern to support our end-to-end gifting operations.

About the Role

The Operations Intern will play a key role in ensuring smooth backend operations for corporate gifting orders. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, supporting packaging and dispatch, and assisting the team in delivering both bulk and customized gifting solutions efficiently. The intern will gain hands-on experience in supply chain coordination, quality checks, and workflow management in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational activities related to corporate gifting orders Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, timelines, and follow-ups Support inventory management by updating stock records and monitoring low-stock items Help in quality checking products and ensuring packaging accuracy Assist in planning and executing bulk gift dispatches Prepare order reports, delivery trackers, and operational documentation Communicate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

Pursuing a degree/Graduate Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets Good communication and coordination abilities Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
