As part of our growth, we are looking for an organized and proactive Marketing Intern to support product sourcing, client requirement mapping, and coordination tasks.

About the Role

This Marketing Intern role focuses on

product research, vendor coordination, preparing product options for clients, pricing comparisons, and maintaining detailed Excel sheets

. The intern will support the sales and operations teams by sourcing suitable gifting products, creating proposals, and assisting with backend coordination. The role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, good with research, and enjoys working on product discovery and organization.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and search for suitable gifting products through vendor websites, marketplaces, and catalogs Prepare product options and present them in a well-organized manner (Excel sheets, PPTs, or proposal formats) Compare pricing, quality, and availability of products from various vendors Coordinate with the internal team (sales, design, operations) to finalize product options Maintain product databases, vendor lists, and pricing sheets Assist in creating quotation sheets and product recommendation documents Support the team in client follow-ups where needed Stay updated with gifting trends, new products, and vendor offerings Manage backend tasks like organizing product details, images, and specifications

Requirements

Pursuing a degree / Graduate Strong research skills and ability to identify good product options Good knowledge of Excel (filters, basic formulas, formatting) Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with documentation Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests
