Calling Process team in the Banking Sector
. This internship provides practical exposure to
customer communication, telecalling, and lead generation activities

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain banking products such as
loans, credit cards, and savings accounts
.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
Assist in lead generation and fix appointments for the sales/operations team.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
Follow communication guidelines and ensure professional interaction.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
(regional language is a plus).
Confidence in handling telephonic conversations.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Target-driven and positive attitude.
Ability to learn banking processes quickly.
Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate students.
Freshers and students pursuing
B.Com, BBA, MBA or equivalent
preferred.
Available for the complete internship duration.
