Key Responsibilities:

. Screening, shortlisting, selecting the candidates as per requirements

Handling end to end recruitment cycle

Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Should have knowledge of portals (Naukri, indeed, Monster, LinkedIn)

Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation

Organizing employee engagement events

Requirements:

Graduation/Post Graduation-MBA/HR

Excellent communication skills

Interpersonal skills
