As an HR Recruitment Specialist Intern, you will be involved in:
Sourcing and Screening:
Assisting in identifying potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, internal databases).
Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
Conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
Maintaining and updating the candidate database (ATS - Applicant Tracking System, if applicable).
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Sending timely and professional communications to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting and Branding:
Drafting and posting compelling job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.
Assisting in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Recruitment Support:
Collaborating with HR team members and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Preparing interview kits and ensuring a smooth interview experience.
Assisting with recruitment reports and data analysis.
Participating in recruitment strategy discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Supporting pre-onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Ad-hoc HR Projects:
Assisting with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed, providing exposure to other HR functions like onboarding, employee engagement, or HR operations.
